Change in the Nominating Committee
Björn Lind will replace Mats Gustafsson as representative for SEB funds.
The Nominating Committee for Elanders is hereafter as follows:
- Carl Bennet, chairman of the Board in Elanders and convenor of the Nominating Committee
- Gustaf Douglas, Investment AB Latour
- Göran Erlandsson, Representative for the small shareholders
- Björn Lind, SEB Funds
- Nils Petter Hollekim, Odin Förvaltning AS
- Caroline af Ugglas, Skandia
The Nominating Committee is appointed according to the instruction from the Annual General Meeting in 2005. The members of the Nominating Committee together represent approximately 55 per cent of the votes attached to all shares in the company.
The Annual General Meeting will be hold on April 25, 2006, in Mölnlycke.
One of the duties of the Nominating Committee is to submit proposals for the election of the chairman of the nominating committee, chairman and other members of the board, for board fees and to the company’s auditors.
